01 Introduction

99bt is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, and related gaming services to eligible players. The platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and is specifically built to serve players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided subject to these Terms, which apply to every interaction a player has with the 99bt platform, including account creation, deposits, gameplay, bonus redemption, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 99bt platform in any capacity. This age threshold applies to all activities — betting, casino games, bonus claims, deposits, and withdrawals. 99bt takes underage gambling prevention seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the original payment method minus any winnings generated, which will be voided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. 03 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 99bt platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through proxies — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, 99bt will merge, suspend, or close the duplicate account(s), void any bonus funds associated with them, and retain any winnings generated through the duplicate account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. 3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts closed voluntarily by players may be reopened upon request, subject to identity reverification.

3.4 Account Suspension or Closure by 99bt

99bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, match-fixing involvement, or failure to complete KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach, 99bt reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

99bt accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 99bt account balance in real time under normal conditions. 99bt does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within fifteen minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank are completed within one to two business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) banking hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully KYC-verified. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on your 99bt account. 99bt reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal if there is reason to believe the transaction may be fraudulent or if it is your first large withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding wagering requirement on a claimed bonus.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 99bt are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency conversions, and no USD, EUR, or other currency balances are maintained on the platform. The ৳ symbol displayed in your account balance reflects the actual BDT amount you hold.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by 99bt — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. These specific terms will state the eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet while a bonus is active, and expiry date. In all cases where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the corresponding promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

99bt monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, colluding with other players, exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems, and claiming bonuses while operating under a self-exclusion that has subsequently been reversed. 99bt reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is identified.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used or wagered within the stated expiry window will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 99bt are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the sport and event in question. Cricket betting — including markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures — follows standard cricket betting regulations. Bets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or weather interruption, standard void/refund rules apply as stated in the individual market terms.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or physical equipment operated by trained live dealers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the game result will be determined by the outcome that was reached at the server level, regardless of the player's connection status.

6.3 Slots and Crash Games

Slot titles from Pragmatic Play and Habanero, and crash games from Spribe, operate according to the rules and payout tables embedded in each game. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not modified by 99bt. 99bt does not control or influence individual game outcomes. If a technical fault occurs during a slot or crash game session, any unresolved bet will be refunded to your account balance.

6.4 Voided Bets

99bt reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, technical fault, manipulation, or where the bet was placed after an event outcome was already determined. Bets placed on suspended markets will be automatically voided and the stake returned. 99bt's decision on voided bets is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99bt platform. Engaging in any of these activities is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using 99bt for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Collusion between players to unfairly influence game outcomes or bonus eligibility.
• Using someone else's payment method or identity to fund or operate an account.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 99bt staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate any part of the 99bt platform or its software.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before initiating any legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents a player from escalating a complaint through consumer protection channels available in their jurisdiction.

99bt's decisions on bet settlement, account management, and bonus eligibility are final and binding unless a clear factual or computational error can be demonstrated by the player.
